Welcome

The Liminal Ground is a home for those who hold the in-between with care: the practitioners, healers, and visionaries who guide others through healing and becoming. If your offerings or events are rooted in spirit, energy, or transformation, we invite you to join us.

You don’t need to have an existing website, social media presence, or physical space to join The Liminal Ground. Many of our practitioners are just beginning or prefer to keep things simple. All you need is a way for clients to reach you: an email address or phone number is enough. We’ll create your online profile for you and help you begin sharing your offerings with the community, even if you’re starting from scratch.

Please complete the form below. Once received, our team will review your submission and either follow up with any clarifying questions or begin preparing your practitioner profile and events for publication on The Liminal Ground.

Cost to Join

The Liminal Ground is now welcoming its first 40 practitioners to join the directory at no cost during this Founding Phase. Once this initial phase is complete, new members will join under standard membership rates. Those who enter during this early phase will receive an extended discounted period and a lifetime discounted rate once standard memberships begin. (*See below application for exact details.)

This is our way of honoring our first circle of practitioners for helping to build this community.

The Liminal Ground exists to honor and support practitioners who recognize healing as a holistic journey of mind, body, and spirit. Our directory is reserved for those whose work is rooted in this integrative understanding. We are not a religious platform, and we do not accept practitioners who promote doctrine, dogma, or faith-based conversion. If your work aligns with inclusive, heart-led, and spiritually expansive practices, we welcome your application.

Practitioner Application

If you do not have a practice or business name, retype your personal name.

All web addresses will begin with: theliminalground.com/directory/ and you will choose the remainder of it for your profile, with hyphens in between each word. Typically, this is either your name or business name. For example: christen-faubel or earthskool-embodiment-llc or sanctuary-of-earth. If your chosen address is already taken, we will modify it accordingly.

Shown under the practitioner’s name on the Directory list. Keep it short (≤160 characters), 1–2 sentences, no line breaks. Example: ‘An integration of spirit and strategy through intuitive coaching and community workshops to bring clarity, courage, and connection to your path. Virtual and in Myrtle Beach.'

If you regularly practice in multiple cities, list them here.

Select ONE category that best represents your primary practice focus. Even if you offer multiple modalities, please choose the category that feels most central. This helps us organize the directory for clients.

Practice Type

Our directory is designed to feature practitioners and healing spaces rather than retail businesses. If you are an individual practitioner, please choose that option, even if you practice out of a shop or shared space. We do not list businesses whose primary purpose is retail, only those whose offerings are rooted in healing, growth, and the mind–body–spirit connection.

How did you hear about The Liminal Ground?

After submitting the application, you should see a confirmation message on your screen; you will also receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to one week for your application to be approved and posted as a profile on the Practitioners page of The Liminal Ground. Our team will reach out with any questions or concerns regarding your application. If you have any questions about the application, the application process, or need to make changes after you have submitted the application, please email theliminalground@gmail.com. Please allow 1-2 days for response. Please note that regardless of your submission date and membership status, all Practitioners who wish to have a profile listed on our website must complete and submit an application.

Pricing & Details

We are currently in our Founding Phase, welcoming the very first wave of healers, guides, and teachers into The Liminal Ground.

The first 40 practitioners to join between November 1 and November 30, 2025 will become our Founding 40, receiving exclusive, lifetime benefits as we build the platform together.

Founding 40

Who qualifies: The first 40 practitioners who sign up during November 2025
Free through: February 28, 2026
Includes:

  • Full Directory profile listing

  • Permanent Founding 40 badge on your profile

  • Free concierge service (unlimited edits + event postings by our team) through 2/28/26

  • Free placement in the Featured Events section through 2/28/26

Starting March 1, 2026:

  • Lifetime discounted renewal rates for self-managed memberships:

    • $75 for 6 months

    • $100 for 1 year

  • If you prefer to continue with concierge service after 2/28/26, you may do so for an additional fee at exclusive Founding 40 rates.

Early Members (After the First 40, Before February 28, 2026)

If you join after the first 40 spots are filled (but before February 28, 2026), you’ll still receive the concierge experience (our team handles your profile edits and event postings) through February 28, at our discounted rates as part of your introductory rate, while we build out member logins.

  • $75 for 6 months from your join date

  • $100 for 1 year from your join date

  • Starting March 1, 2026, all members will transition to self-managed profiles using their personal logins.

  • You’ll have the option to continue concierge service after that date for an additional fee at a special early-member discounted rate.

  • After your paid period ends, standard membership rates apply.

 

Standard Memberships (Effective March 1, 2026)

Once we launch full practitioner logins and self-managed profiles, The Liminal Ground will offer two membership options:

 

Self-Managed Membership

  • $150 for 6 months

  • $240 for 1 year

  • Manage your own profile and events (unlimited edits + events)

  • Includes access to a personal login/dashboard (coming March 1, 2026)

 

Concierge Membership

  • $300 for 6 months

  • $480 for 1 year

  • The Liminal Ground team manages updates for you:

    • Up to 2 profile edits per month

    • Up to 5 event postings per month

    • Up to 5 event edits per month (one per event)

    • Monthly Phone Support: Once a month, at a time you choose, a member of The Liminal Ground team will call you directly to gather your upcoming events, updates, or offerings. From there, we handle everything (posting, formatting, uploading, and sharing) so you never have to touch technology again. All you have to do is show up and offer your service or event.

 

Future Features

As The Liminal Ground grows, service/event seekers will be able to register and pay for services and events directly through our platform. When event registration and payments become available, practitioners will retain the majority of their ticket sales after standard processing and administrative fees. Founding 40 members will be subject to these fees in the future, but will always retain their lifetime discounted membership rates.

 

Note:

All memberships are for individual practitioners. Team or studio listings will be available in future phases of The Liminal Ground.

Maintaining the Integrity of This Space

The Liminal Ground exists as more than a business — it is a sanctuary. Every practitioner listed here contributes to the collective vibration of this space, and it is our responsibility to keep that energy clear, loving, and aligned with our mission and values.

We reserve the right to remove any practitioner from the platform at any time, for any reason, if we feel their presence, behavior, or offerings are not in alignment with the values and spirit of The Liminal Ground.

​

If a practitioner has paid for a membership and removal becomes necessary, their account will be ended with a pro-rated refund for the remaining time from the date of removal to the end of their paid term.

Our community is built on trust, authenticity, and energetic coherence. We honor every practitioner’s path, but this platform remains a curated sacred space, one that protects both seekers and healers by ensuring that only those truly aligned remain within its circle.
